This happy little guy is Aiven and he is just over four months old. He was full of
laughter and making lots of little coos. How cute is he!
Aiven and his best buddy.....meet Mr. Thumb.......nobody gets in the way of those two!
Aiven's parent's, Rob and Kerry live in a beautiful home in German Village where we started off their session. The nursery was the perfect spot for some family photos.
I'll admit, I wanted to take him home with me, but I think Rob and Kerry are pretty attached to him...who can blame them!
A favorite!
We took a little stroll outside in German Village so that Aiven could get some fresh air, seems he was liking it.
Friday evening was the beautiful wedding of Erin and Jacob. I met Erin through her sister, Crystal who did a Trash The Dress session with me this past summer. Jacob and Erin were to have been married this coming March, but they moved the wedding up due to Jacob's possible deployment.
Love the flowers, but you know I love the pendants even more!!
Jacob, you don't even have to try.........
Erin getting a helping hand from her sister and mom.
Meanwhile.....back in the boys room..............
Beautiful girl........
FINALLY! The guys start getting ready....they have it so easy don't they ladies?
Erin and Jacob were married at St. Mark's Episcopal Church in Upper Arlington.
This was such a fun group of people to work with and they all enjoyed hamming it up for the camera.
Jacob and his twin, Joshua.
Erin is one of those girls that you could throw her into any past decade and she would have a look about her that would fit right in....she has a timeless image about her.
How could I resist this gem? Outside of the church is a Christmas tree lot, made for a cute and unique setting for some photos after the ceremony.
Their reception was held at The Vault in Downtown Columbus.
And for my parting shot....I had to add this one, makes me smile. The girl's dancing to Thriller....and making the moves........classic!
It's hard to believe that a year ago at this time, I was doing maternity shots of little Graham's mommy. And to look at him now and see his progression, just blows my mind. He'll be
celebrating his 1st birthday here in a few short weeks, so we got some photos done in order for mommy to get ready for his celebration.
Graham is on the verge of walking...he's so close. He's already taken a step, but is still working on that confidence, but he's going to be walking soon, I know it. He's got the balance thing down.
Oh the drama....when one is placed in their crib for a moments time....
All better now.......
From there we took a short drive to Creekside in Gahanna to do some holiday photos of the family. Unfort. it's that time of year where I don't post a lot of those photos cause they will be in holiday cards and such...but I sneeked in a couple of Graham and his big sister Bella.
Bella taking Santa and his gang for a ride in the park...let the holiday madness begin!
I was super excited to get the opportunity to photograph my first set of twins. We met up at Slate Run Park on a hot and sunny November afternoon, yea, I said November. What's that all about? Trying to do some holiday photos and your dressed in sweaters and sweating....go figure!
From LtoR is Gatlin and Gavin. They will be celebrating their 3rd birthday in early December!
Love this one! This is so fitting of them both.
The whole family joined in.....don't you just know that feeling of waiting for something to hit ya, the anticipation of a child and a object moving towards your head? Good times! We've all been there.
Gavin looking cute!
Gatlin checking out the grounds of the working farm at Slate Run.
Precious!
Sorry I couldn't provide you with more holiday like weather, guess we should have pulled out our shorts and beach hats and sun tan lotions! Only in Ohio!
On Sunday afternoon, I got to spend a little more time with my buddy Dylan who is now 18 months old. We met up at Highbanks Metro Park on a nice sunny afternoon, but the park was jammed packed. I think everyone was trying to enjoy the last days of nice weather before the winter takes over.
Dylan brought along his mommy and daddy to have some fun too.....
We all know this game could go on forever......
Michelle and Dale taking a little time to show Dylan the different rocks and shells.
Dale can now enjoy the aspects of fatherhood, learning to teach his son the games, and learning that he'll be the first one out of breath before Dylan.
