And Baby Makes 3
Photobucket
Hello Adorable! Aside of the cute baby Emma Grace, I can't help but to crave Neapolitan Ice Cream every time I see this image. Both full of sweetness!
Photobucket
Emma Grace was born in July and wasn't very old when I met her and her proud parents, Pat and Kristin in their Dublin home.
Photobucket

Photobucket
One thing's for sure, Emma Grace liked being naked...she was soothed by it, just taking it all in.
Photobucket
She tolerated a hat for a short time and then that was that!

Kristin and Pat were still adapting to being new parents, after all, it's a huge event in one's life. Pat still had that new dad nervousness when it came to holding the baby. He was careful to make sure he held her properly, as a good daddy would do. He clearly loved being able to have her close in his arms.

I don't know about you, but I think ladies would agree with me, this is the kind of thing that melts a Mama's heart.
Photobucket
Emma Grace and her parents will get to experience so many new things this coming year.....what an exciting time. And together they will make wonderful memories.

Meet Lucy:
Photobucket
Sweet baby Lucy was just a wee couple of days old when I met her and her Mommy and Daddy at their home. Baby fever had met me at the door once again. She was full of cuddles and longed to be in her parent's arm's.
Photobucket
I gave Julie and Andy some privacy while she fed Lucy. In the meantime I was looking over their sitting room and noticed their map of the US and some of the many places they had been too. We talked about our love for traveling around the country and around the globe. I assured them that you can travel with baby just the same and it makes for great memories. I'm sure that Lucy will start having her own stickers on the map very soon to mark where she has been in her life.
Photobucket
For all you OSU fans out there, you might drool at the sight of their guest room, stocked in OSU attire and decore of all things. Even Lucy fit the room in her OSU outfit.
Photobucket
The look of happiness on Andy and Julie's faces says it all.....this little girl is their everything.

Oh Lucy.......you are a sweet pea.
Photobucket

Photobucket
Makes you just want to cuddle up next to her.
Photobucket
Lucy was such a content baby and when she would get a little fidgety they would take her into the bathroom to let her hear the fan that soothed her.....funny the little things that make it all better. At the end of the session she was ready for her nap and all was well in her little world. Doesn't get any better than that.

Summer's Evening
Photobucket
This was one of those nights that rejuvenated me. When you are out shooting time and time again, you begin to feel like you are taking on the same thing day in and day out. I strive to not make it the same with each session, but sometimes you need a good pick me up to get things moving again. When Lisa and I were talking about their session, she spoke of some ideas, but she came full on. Who doesn't love a picnic at the park?
Photobucket
Harlen was feeding Will, who eventually started to feed his Mom. Tasting new fruits and getting a chance to just hang with his parents.
Photobucket
Lisa and Harlen looked so relaxed and peaceful, I almost felt like the third wheel...what a romantic setting and here I am clicking away.
Photobucket
Will you are too cute for words!
Photobucket

Photobucket

Photobucket
Lisa and Harlen are such a sweet couple, they were so easy to work with and obviously they are a photogenic bunch.
Photobucket
Don't look now Will!
Photobucket
I love the look of innocence of a child.......so pure.
Photobucket
We decided to end the session with an ice cream too cool down. We stopped in Powell to grab a few more photos before going in.

Ice cream capped off the end to a perfect evening. Will enjoyed taking tastes of his Mommy and Daddy's ice cream, but I think he liked his the best. Thanks for the fun evening and ice cream! It was D-lish!

Katie and Seth 2011's Free Wedding Photography Winners!
I've been so eager to share with Katie and Seth some photos from their wedding day. So many came to share in their special day and it shows how much people care for these two. They got so many votes last February and kind words spoken, I can clearly see why people wanted Katie and Seth to win.
Photobucket
August 21, 2011........
Photobucket
Seth and Katie's wedding was held at Capital City Church in Columbus. It was a gorgeous summer's day with a hint of fall looming. There had been threats of storms to come that day, but it ended to not a drop from the sky.
Photobucket
Seth seemed ever ready to meet his bride.
Photobucket
Katie looked stunning in her gown.....she was breathtaking.
Photobucket

Photobucket
I loved the moment that Katie walked into the room where her bridesmaids were getting ready, having just gotten her dress put on in another room and they caught that first look of her.
Photobucket
The girl's all took a turn to pray for Katie and Seth. What a wonderful way to start your marriage.
Photobucket
A note was handed to Katie shortly before the ceremony from Seth. She could only read so far into it before her eyes began to well up with tears. The girls all started to sing to her to make her laugh.

I want to say thank you so much for your help to Jade from Bella Bride and Tracie for the beautiful work you both did for Katie. As part of my special, Jade offered her make up services and Tracie styled Katie's hair. She looked beautiful!
Photobucket

Photobucket
Seth fit the role of handsome groom well I think!
Photobucket
I don't think there was a dry eye in the church that day as Katie made her way down the aisle. Even I was choked up watching it all unfold before me. I watched as Seth at first kept his eyes firmly on the ground beneath him as she began to walk towards him. As he peered up, he was clearly moved and as their eyes met, Katie began to cry. It was such a beautiful moment.
Photobucket
They finally made it to that moment!
Photobucket
After the ceremony, we went to Ohio State's campus for some photos around Mirror Lake.

Oh how I just love being able to do this for a couple each year...it fills me with great joy to give back. And to be part of such a big day in their lives.

Their reception was held at Valley Dale Ballroom. The place looked like a fairy tale of a setting....perfect for their night together.
